Hi Usmah,

Should the condition stay in the same when the date arrives, it will be better to stay at home and rest. Nevertheless, it will be great if you can provide me with a MC so that I will tick you as on sick leave rather then absent. You can pass the MC to me at Student Affairs Office.

Dear Mr Wilfred Toh,

I am down with high fever and coughs recently that is quite bad that i am unable to sleep at night,even with given medication by clinic doctor.
It has been like this for the whole week.
Should i be unfit on the day of the camp,should i still come?
